Calvin has closed over $11 million in sales volume in the Pittsburgh Area and Southwest, FL markets and has hands-on experience managing multiple residential units. His background ranges from working with first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, giving him the ability to tailor strategies that align with each client’s unique objectives.

In addition to real estate sales, Calvin has extensive experience in property management and construction oversight.  As a Property Maintenance Manager for a large rental portfolio, he oversees and coordinates renovations, managing vendors, and implementing systems that protect and enhance property value. Combined with his commercial real estate background in retail leasing, he brings a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and financial sides of real estate.
